I have come here at the request of Karonga and Chitipa, where our schools lack books.

I have come here compelled by Mzimba and Rumphi, where our hospitals lack medicine.

I have come here sent by Likoma Islanders, where our marine trade lacks investments.

I have come here in partnership with Nkhatabay and Mangochi, where our tourism needs investment.

I have come here on orders from Neno and Mwanza, where our infrastructure has been neglected.

I have come here at the behest of Thyolo and Mulanje, where our farms need crop protection.

I have come here at the call of Zomba and Phalombe, where our women need an income.

I have come here in response to Chikwawa and Nsanje, where our development is crumbling.

I have come here at the invitation of Mangochi and Machinga, where our healthcare is insufficient.

I have come here with instructions from Blantyre and Chiradzulu, where our youth cry for jobs.

I have come here with blessings from Balaka and Ntcheu, where our chiefs demand governance.

I have come here with approval from Ntchisi and Salima, where our women want opportunities.

I have come here with help from Dowa and Mchinji, where our farmers demand markets.

I have come here energized by Nkhotakota and Kasungu, where our markets need rebuilding.

I have come here buoyed by Dedza, where our banking services are in short supply.

I have come here from Lilongwe, where our President and his Vice are packing because change has come.

I have come here to Build A New Malawi using the Chakwera High 5 agenda which will guarantee:

~ Servant Leadership
~ Uniting Malawi
~ Prospering Together
~ Ending Corruption
~ Rule of Law

Fellow Malawians,

You have tried the rest. It’s now your time to have the best.
